Distillery/Bottler: The Bunnahabhain Distillery was founded in 1881 on the northeast coast of Islay by William Robertson and the Greenlees. Due to its remote location, on-site accommodation was built for the employees, giving the site a special character. Bunnahabhain is known for its mostly lightly peated whiskies; this bottling is an exception, presenting a skillful balance between smoke and coastal notes.
