The distillery exclusively uses Oloroso sherry casks sourced directly from the sherry triangle in Spain and filled with whisky in Australia for maturation. The "wet filled" method and a minimum aging of five years develop a deep, complex flavor. The whisky is neither chill-filtered nor colored, emphasizing the purity and authenticity of the product.
