Special features: The Canaima Small Batch Gin takes you deep into the Venezuelan Amazon rainforest. In collaboration with the indigenous Pemon Indians, rare botanicals such as Açaí, Seje, Tupiro, and Copoazú are handpicked and individually macerated before being distilled in small copper pot stills. This elaborate production method gives the gin a unique tropical flavor profile. Additionally, 50 cents from each bottle sold goes to the "Save the Amazon" foundation, which is dedicated to protecting the rainforest.
