Special Features: This limited release from 2014 matured for nine years in a second fill bourbon cask (No. 3094). With only 177 bottles worldwide, it is one of the rare treasures of the young Japanese distillery Chichibu, known for its experimental and artisanally precise production.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Fruity aromas of ripe pear and vanilla, accompanied by subtle spice notes and a hint of oak.
- Palate: Strong and intense with notes of honey, caramel, and a pleasantly spicy warmth that highlights the cask maturation.
- Finish: Long-lasting, warm, and slightly peppery with a fine sweetness.
