Cimarron Blanco Tequila - LITER
Special features: This tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, which thrives in the hills of Atotonilco El Alto, Jalisco, Mexico, at over 1,400 meters above sea level. The agave plants reach an average sugar content of 24–26° Brix. After harvesting, the agave hearts are slowly roasted in an autoclave at lower pressure, resulting in a bright, intense flavor. Fermentation occurs naturally with winemaker's yeast, and the tequila is bottled without additives.
