Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Intense aromas of Oloroso sherry, accompanied by sultanas, roasted chestnuts, and dark chocolate. A hint of cherries and light liqueur notes round off the bouquet.
- Palate: Creamy and full-bodied with notes of brown sugar and espresso. Behind it, dried fruits and a spicy pepper note unfold.
- Finish: Long-lasting and sweet, with nuances of candied ginger and mineral tones of flint.
