Special features: This limited Single Cask whisky from the Dingle Distillery in Ireland was distilled on May 12, 2015, and matured for over eight years in a selected bourbon cask. It was bottled on January 5, 2024, with an alcohol content of 59.2% vol. The bottling comprises only 264 bottles, making it an exclusive rarity for collectors and connoisseurs.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Inviting aromas of vanilla and caramel, accompanied by a subtle fruitiness.
- Palate: Full-bodied and complex with notes of oak, honey, and a slight spiciness.

Distillery/Bottler: The Dingle Distillery was founded in 2012 by brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley. It is located in a converted sawmill in Milltown, near Dingle in County Kerry, Ireland. The distillery places great importance on traditional production methods and produces not only whisky but also vodka and gin. In 2017, it launched the first independent Irish Single Pot Still whisky in decades.
