Special features: This single malt whiskey from the Dingle Distillery combines the flavors of bourbon, Oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It is triple distilled and aged in a combination of first fill PX sherry casks and first fill bourbon casks. It is bottled at an alcohol content of 46.5% vol., without the use of coloring or chill filtration.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Sweet vanilla and zesty lime peel meet caramel and oak wood.
- Palate: Caramel, apple notes, sweet vanilla, and raisins unfold, accompanied by red fruits and nuts.

Distillery/Bottler: The Dingle Distillery was founded in 2012 by brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley. It is located in the town of the same name on the southwest coast of Ireland and produces gin and vodka in addition to whiskey. The distillery is known for its artisanal production and the use of traditional copper pot stills.
