The limited edition combines the traditional craftsmanship of the Edradour Distillery with the elegant complexity of selected wines from South Tyrol.

Distillery/Bottler: The Edradour Distillery, located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands near Pitlochry, is one of the smallest and most traditional distilleries in Scotland. Since its acquisition by Andrew Symington in 2002, it has focused on artisanal production using original equipment from the 19th century. The collaboration with St. Michael-Eppan, one of the leading wineries in South Tyrol, brings an exciting connection between whisky and wine at the highest level with the Sanct Valentin series.
