Special features: The Eminente Reserva 7 y.o. is a Cuban rum created by Cuba's youngest Maestro Ronero, Cesar Martí. For its production, 70% of a traditional sugarcane eau-de-vie ("Aguardiente") aged for seven years in bourbon barrels is blended with light Cuban rum. This harmonious combination unites the classic Cuban rum aesthetic with the depth of a matured distillate. The rum is colored and not chill-filtered, which emphasizes its characteristic full-bodiedness.
