Special Features: This single cask bottling comes from the 2011 vintage and was bottled in 2023 in a limited edition. After the initial aging in bourbon barrels, the rum underwent a secondary aging in Ferrand and Burgundy wine casks, which give it additional complexity and depth. Cask number 13 represents the exclusive single cask, which was bottled without chill-filtering and without the addition of coloring.
