Special features: This limited single cask rum from Fiji was distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2025. It initially aged for 4 years in ex-bourbon barrels in the tropical climate of Fiji and subsequently gained additional complexity through finishing in Pauillac wine barrels in France. This combination gives the rum a unique depth and sophistication.
