Special features: The Talisker Surge was introduced in 2022 exclusively for the Travel Retail sector and matured entirely in former bourbon casks. This maturation gives it a unique combination of maritime, smoky notes and the sweet depth of vanilla, caramel, and honey.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Inviting aromas of vanilla, green apples, and caramel, accompanied by a hint of sweet smoke.
- Palate: Creamy and sweet with notes of dried fruits, intense smoke, pepper, and caramel.
- Finish: Medium-long and sweet, with hints of nuts and lingering smoke.
