Special features: The Vieux Sajous 5 y.o. is based on organically grown sugarcane of the old variety Cristalline from Saint Michel de l'Attalaye. The distillate from freshly pressed sugarcane juice matured tropically in a total of 21 single-malt and rum barrels, which impressively highlights the versatility and aging potential of Haitian Clairin.
