Special features: This limited single malt whiskey from the West Cork Distillery was initially aged in first-fill bourbon casks and subsequently refined in port wine casks from Quinta da Boeira in Portugal. The bottling is done at 46% ABV and avoids chill filtration and colorings, preserving the natural character of the whiskey.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Aromas of dried fruits, accompanied by spice notes such as nutmeg and black pepper, as well as vanilla and toffee.
• Palate: Sweet and complex, with flavors of grapes, dark berries, honey, caramel, and malt, underpinned by a light wood spice.
• Finish: Medium-long and fruity sweet, with a subtle spice.
