Special features: This limited release from 2019 represents the fourth edition of the "Greedy Angels" series from Amrut. The whisky was distilled from 100% unpeated 6-row Indian barley and initially matured in ex-bourbon casks. It then received a finish in former rum casks, which adds extra depth and complexity. With a bottling of only 450 bottles worldwide, this whisky is a coveted collector's item.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: An intense smoke of peat, accompanied by aromas of ripe tropical fruits like mango and peach in syrup. Hints of ripening strawberries and a touch of wood and mild spices complement the bouquet.
• Palate: Full-bodied and complex, with dominant flavor notes of robust peat, ripe mangoes, roasted spices, and a subtle sweetness reminiscent of rum.
