Special features: This noble apple brandy is made from over 20 historical apple varieties harvested in a biologically managed high-stem orchard in Gonneville-sur-Honfleur. After a four-month fermentation, double distillation takes place in a copper pot still. The Eau de vie then matures for six months in amphorae, which gives it a special roundness and preserves the aromatic intensity.
