Elderflowers give this gin liqueur its floral character. Its base is Edinburgh Gin Classic London Dry, whose citrus peels, mulberries and resinous juniper complement the floral aromas. Only natural flavourings are used.

Delicate hints of pear and peach, along with a touch of grapefruit, complement the floral character.

Elderflower was Edinburgh Gin’s second liqueur. It was inspired by the abundant elderflowers that bloom in Scotland in May and June. The miniature contains 0.05 litres at 20% alcohol and comes without gift packaging. The liqueur can be paired with pale sparkling wine or light tonic water, with mint as a garnish.

Distillery/Bottler:

Edinburgh Gin was founded in Scotland’s capital in 2010. Its current distillery on East Market Street incorporates the historic vaults of The Arches. Alongside production facilities, it houses tasting rooms and a gin laboratory where visitors can develop their own recipes under guidance using small copper stills.

Classic London Dry is at the heart of the range and also forms the base of the gin liqueurs. Edinburgh Gin combines grain spirit with 14 botanicals to make it. These include orange peel, lavender, lemongrass, mulberries, hazelnuts and pine buds.
