Euphoria Cannabis Absinthe - Made with Madness

Volume: 0.5 litres | Alcohol content: 70% | Colouring: No

Special Features:

In this absinthe, hemp complements the classic combination of wormwood and other herbs. A distilled absinthe base is combined with natural absinthe flavouring, anise essential oil, hemp flavouring and extract. The hemp note adds slightly earthy, green and pleasantly bitter herbal facets to the spicy profile.

Bottled at 70% alcohol, this absinthe comes in a black bottle containing 0.5 litres. Its colourful label combines floral and fantastical motifs, and the front states a thujone content of 35 mg/kg. The absinthe is THC-free. For a traditional serve, dilute it with cold water and add a sugar cube if desired.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Pronounced herbal aromas of anise, wormwood and fennel unfold on the nose. A subtle hemp note complements the bouquet.
• Palate: The absinthe is powerful and spicy on the palate. A fresh hint of hemp complements its complex herbal flavour.
• Finish: The finish lingers, leaving a warm, dry impression with bitter spice.

Distillery/Bottler:

Euphoria combines a broad hemp product range with its own spirits line. Its family background in the spirits business spans four generations, reaching back to Albin Hill in 1920. Today, Euphoria Spirits offers Cannabis Gin and various vodkas alongside absinthe. The production methods differ: the absinthe line uses a distilled base, whereas Cocxine Vodka is filtered six times through coconut-shell activated charcoal.
