Grey Goose uses two French ingredients: soft winter wheat from Picardy and spring water from Gensac-la-Pallue in the Cognac region. A single distillation in steel and copper columns is designed to preserve the character of these ingredients. After the water is added, the vodka is filtered once through cellulose and activated carbon.

This miniature contains 0.05 litres of classic Grey Goose Vodka at 40% alcohol and comes without gift packaging. It offers the floral, gently sweet and rounded flavour profile of the official bottling in a small format.

Distillery/Bottler:

Grey Goose was created in 1997 through a collaboration between entrepreneur Sidney Frank and François Thibault, a cellar master trained in Cognac production. Thibault developed a vodka whose ingredients would remain discernible in its flavour, and he oversees production from grain to bottle. The brand has belonged to Bacardi since 2004; every stage of production takes place in France.

The grain is milled at the distillery site. Natural enzymes convert its starch into fermentable sugar; fermentation then takes place in a specially developed cascade system. The water comes from the company's own well in Gensac-la-Pallue, is naturally filtered through limestone and undergoes additional treatment by double reverse osmosis. In addition to 550 quality checks, every batch receives a final tasting before bottling.
