Special features: This Rosé Pineau des Charentes from Jean-Luc Pasquet combines the freshness of red grapes with the complexity of the house's own Cognac-Eau-de-Vie. Made from organically grown Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, the grape must is blended with their own organic Cognac and then aged for at least two years in French oak barrels. This careful production method gives the Pineau its characteristic ruby red color and a balanced flavor profile.
