Special features: This mezcal is produced in the region of Oaxaca, Mexico, from 100% Mexicano agave. The agaves are roasted in traditional earthen ovens, then crushed with a tahona (stone mill) and fermented in open wooden containers with natural yeasts. The double distillation takes place in copper pot stills, resulting in an authentic and unadulterated flavor.
