Special features: Inspired by the idea of a beach bonfire on Islay, this blended malt whisky combines flavors of smoky peat, herbs, and sweet spices. It was bottled for the Fèis Ìle Festival 2023 and matured in a mix of new oak casks, bourbon casks, refill casks, and sherry casks.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Inviting notes of sticky toffee and date pudding, accompanied by light apple and pear aromas as well as a hint of lime zest.
