Special Features: This extraordinary Calvados combines the tradition of Norman apple brandy production with innovative aging methods. Distilled from apples of the vintage 2000, it initially aged in Calvados barrels and gained additional complexity through subsequent storage in barrels from the renowned Foursquare rum house. This double barrel maturation gives the Calvados a unique depth and refinement.
