Special features: This rare blend combines two vintages (1972 and 1973) from the Fins Bois terroir, which matured separately in 450-liter barrels made of Allier and Limousin oak. The cuvée then rested in a dry cellar before being transferred to glass balloons in 2012 to preserve the characteristic "old-bottle-flavour." The cognac was bottled at natural cask strength of 52.5% vol., neither colored nor chill-filtered. The edition is limited to 150 bottles and is part of the exclusive "Journal des Kirsch" series.
