This bottling is distinguished by a 68-month finish in a first-fill European oak Cognac barrique. The whisky was distilled on 22 February 2007 and bottled in 2025 after 18 years, yielding 232 bottles of 0.7 litres from cask 354552 at 50% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and contains no added colouring.

The aromatic profile combines fresh apple, pear, lime and honey with peach, sea salt and creamy oat biscuits.

Distillery/Bottler:

Dailuaine was built in Speyside in 1851 by William Mackenzie. Long fermentation, rapid distillation and reduced copper contact in the condensers contribute to the distillate’s robust, weighty character.

The single malt in this bottling comes from Dailuaine, while independent bottler James Eadie was responsible for the extended Cognac finish and bottling. The company traces its origins to the brewing and bottling business founded by James Eadie in 1854 and is now led by his great-great-grandson, Rupert Patrick. The brand focuses on cask finishes, single casks and small batches bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration.
