The GrapeDiggaz showcase the potential of the category with two cognacs from the innovative yet established Vallein Tercinier house. The family business developed its own recipes for the core cognac range.
The GrapeDiggaz Cognac XO blends distillates aged up to 25 years from various crus, particularly Fins Bois, Bons Bois, and Grande Champagne. Leather, spices, tobacco, chocolate, and peach unfold at a slightly higher strength.

Nose: Tree-ripened peach, Riesling, dried apricot, silver fir honey, forest floor, leather, tobacco, rich dark chocolate, Voatsiperifery pepper, lime zest, orange peel, and cinnamon.Palate: White chocolate, cold-pressed honey, butterscotch, white peach, sun-dried apricot, limestone and Burgundy truffle.
