Special Features:
This twelve-year-old Glen Moray is a single-cask bottling from North Star Cask Series 020 and comes from a refill hogshead. The whisky was distilled in March 2010 and bottled in September 2022 at 54% ABV; the release comprises 218 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and contains no added colouring.

- Palate: On the palate, coarsely crushed black pepper meets hot buttered toast.
- Finish: The finish is smooth and lingering.
Distillery/Bottler:
The Glen Moray Distillery stands in Elgin beside the River Lossie, on the site of the former Elgin West Brewery. After the brewery, established in 1830, was converted into a whisky distillery, the first spirit flowed there in 1897. Even in its early years, Glen Moray used a variety of cask types, including Marsala and sherry casks.
North Star Spirits is a family-run independent bottler from Glasgow, founded by Iain Croucher in 2016. The company selects individual casks and spirits for its release series, bottling the whisky from the chosen casks or the selected spirits; this Glen Moray appeared in Cask Series 020.
