All About Gin combines classic juniper with warm citrus notes and a floral, herbal character. Elderflower adds a delicate aromatic sweetness, while coriander contributes citrus spice and rosemary brings a herbal accent. Its recipe therefore goes well beyond a purely juniper-focused gin.

This dry gin is distilled and bottled in Sweden. The bottle contains 0.7 litres at 45% alcohol. Its combination of juniper, citrus and herbs lends itself to gin and tonic and classic cocktails in which the gin should retain a distinct flavour.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Juniper and citrus lead on the nose. Subtle notes of freshly picked rosemary and various blossoms complement the aroma.
• Palate: The palate reveals pronounced juniper, citrus peel and elderflower. Further floral and herbal notes round out the flavour.
• Finish: The finish is smooth, with juniper and elderflower accompanied by distinctly peppery spice.

Distillery/Bottler:

All About Gin is made by AB NO.1 Production in Sweden. The story of No.1 began in 2007 with Glenn Ström in Vänersborg, about an hour's drive north of Gothenburg. In 2019, the company moved to a larger production facility in the same town. Its facilities include a distillery and equipment for various bottle formats and bag-in-box packaging. Alongside its own brands, No.1 also produces for other clients.
