Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose initially reveals very fresh citrus notes, followed by juniper, with hints of salty spice.
• Palate: On the palate, fresh citrus notes, classic juniper, sharp, warm cassia and ginger spices are softened by buckwheat.
• Finish: The finish shows peppery spices, intensified by Tailed Pepper, leading to a long-lasting finish.
