Christian Drouin is a family business in its third generation, known for its expertise in the production of Calvados. Since 2015, under the leadership of Guillaume Drouin, gin has also been produced, with a unique manufacturing process that emphasizes the quality of the final product.

The base is an apple must made from over 30 different apple varieties, which is distilled in small copper pot stills. During production, the botanicals are distilled separately before being combined in a small batch. The gin is limited to 2,850 bottles, which increases the exclusivity of the product.
