Special Features:

Orange takes centre stage in Gin Knopf’s recipe of six botanicals. Juniper, coriander and cubeb pepper are combined with orange zest, cowslip and starwort. The zest is peeled by hand and macerated in organic wheat alcohol. No sugar or stabilisers are added.

The pronounced orange character combines with the spice of juniper, coriander, cubeb pepper and the two herbs. The natural orange oils can turn the initially clear gin milky when mixed with cold water or mixers.

Containing 0.05 litres at 44% alcohol, the miniature offers an introduction to this orange gin. Its black bottle carries a colourful label featuring geometric figures and orange motifs.

Gin Knopf is the creation of Munich-based Finest Beverages GmbH. Max and Jens founded the company in 2018, starting with Huckleberry Gin. Gin Knopf followed as their second brand in 2021, although the initial idea had already emerged in the company’s founding year.

Gin Knopf is made in Munich. The hand-picked organic oranges are checked and freshly peeled before each production run. A fictional space adventure forms part of the brand’s playful world: astronaut Neil Drinkstrong and alien Ralf discover the herbs for their orange gin together. In this story, a loose trouser-brace button inspires the name.
