Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fresh juniper notes combine with citrus aromas of bitter orange, lime, and grapefruit, accompanied by floral nuances of rose and meadow foam as well as herbs like coriander and gooseberry. A hint of mixed spices and the maritime freshness of the sugar kelp round off the bouquet.
• Palate: A refreshing gin with a balanced ratio between the bitter juniper and pine notes and the sweet fruit aromas of mango, grapefruit, and orange. A green herbal flavor of crushed coriander develops, with the sugar kelp adding a dry, mineral note.
