Special Features:

Fresh rhubarb gives Rammstein's second limited-edition pink gin its distinctive character. It is macerated and then distilled together with cloves. The base is a dry gin made with juniper, coriander, angelica, lemongrass and cardamom.

This unaged gin comes from the Netherlands and is bottled at 38% in 0.7 litres. Its fruity, lightly tart character suits gin and tonic as well as fruity cocktails. A mild or fruity tonic makes a suitable pairing.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fresh rhubarb notes meet vanilla on the nose.
• Palate: The gin is fruity and sweet on the palate. Fresh rhubarb adds gentle acidity.
• Finish: Sweetish berry notes and a gentle touch of juniper linger through the long, fresh finish.

Distillery/Bottler:

The gin comes from the Dutch distillery Onder de Boompjes in Schiedam. Its roots lie in Leiden, and it has borne the name Onder de Boompjes since 1710. Today, alongside its own spirits, the company develops recipes for other brands, combining distillation, blending and bottling. Its acquisition of the bottling and packaging business Packfill in 2019 expanded these activities under the name ODB Beverages.

Rammstein's spirits are created in collaboration with 1423 ApS. The company sources the spirits for the collection, with the band taking part in their selection. The pink gin forms part of the official merchandise of the band, which was founded in East Berlin in 1994.
