Made from 13 carefully selected botanicals, including untreated juniper berries, coriander, lemon peels, angelica root, ginger, lavender flowers, cubeb pepper, as well as the regionally typical ingredients hops and malt, this gin combines tradition and innovation. Distillation takes place in small copper pot stills, with the gin resting for several weeks in a stainless steel tank after double distillation and filtration to fully develop its flavors.
