Wild Wombat owes its Australian identity to locally grown wheat and spring water. The spirit distilled from wheat is diluted with Australian spring water and then flavoured with eleven botanicals. The official bottling has an alcohol content of 42% and contains no artificial ingredients.

Herbs, delicate floral notes and earthy root notes shape its character, while juniper stays in the background. On the palate, fresh botanical notes develop towards green, root-like flavours. The dry finish with herbal and earthy notes complements the soft, rounded body.

Behind NASC is Javier Olavarria, a Chilean-Ecuadorian entrepreneur whose idea was to express Australian raw materials and the country's distinctive qualities through individual spirits brands.

This approach led to a portfolio of brands including Blue Harbour and Wild Wombat. In Wild Wombat Gin, the Australian focus takes tangible form through Australian wheat and spring water; the recipe of eleven botanicals gives it its herbal, floral and earthy character.
