Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Rich raisin syrup, fig jam, and orange peel combine with floral honey, cocoa powder, and a hint of cinnamon.
• Palate: Silky layers of caramel toffee, dark chocolate truffle, and sweet malt envelop the palate, followed by clove caramel, roasted hazelnuts, and a bright touch of candied citrus note.
• Finish: Long, warming, and gently dry – lingering sherry-soaked fruitcake, smooth oak spice, and a finishing hint of vanilla malt sweetness.
