- Nose: Warm cinnamon spice, mocha, grilled honeycomb, muscovado sugar and fruity notes of ripe fruit from the orchard
- Palate: Complex aromas of orange peel, heather honey, treacle cake and candied ginger, accompanied by caramel, black truffle, cinnamon and butterscotch
