Aged in a Refill Bourbon Barrel (#413) and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as part of the Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength series, only 127 bottles of this unique drop were filled. The high alcohol content of 50.4% and the non-chill filtration emphasize the authenticity and depth of this whisky.

Distillery/Bottler: The Balblair Distillery, founded in 1790 by John Ross, is one of the oldest still active distilleries in Scotland. It is located in Edderton, Ross-shire, and is known for its fruity and complex Highland Single Malts. In 1996, the distillery was acquired by Inver House Distillers. Gordon & MacPhail, the bottler of this special edition, is a traditional family business that has been operating in Elgin, Scotland, since 1895 and is known for its high-quality bottlings.
