Special Features:

Finger lime from Italy’s Circeo National Park shapes the White Edition. This Belgian New Western gin combines it with coca leaf, juniper, cardamom, coriander and Sichuan pepper. Together, they create a citrus-led, green and balsamic character. White Edition is part of Amuerte’s permanent range and is handcrafted in Belgium.

The white bottle features gold ornamentation and is decorated with 24-carat gold leaf. Its design is the work of Adrian Dominguez and Havi Cruz. It contains 0.7 litres of gin at 43% alcohol.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Finger lime, delicate citrus peel and coriander lead on the nose, accompanied by balsamic freshness. Juniper, cardamom and a gentle peppery heat emerge in the background.
• Palate: The gin feels dry to medium-dry on the palate. Citrus notes combine with herbs, cardamom and Sichuan pepper for a clear, spicy flavour. The texture is firm rather than sweet. Slightly tart freshness is followed by subtle herbal notes.
• Finish: Citrus and pepper remain present in the medium-length finish. It fades with fresh, spicy notes and a delicately bittersweet, somewhat bitter aftertaste. A slight numbing sensation accompanies the lingering flavours.

Distillery/Bottler:

Barchitect BV is the company behind Amuerte. LIQRS has its own distillery. Amuerte was the starting point for the project and has shaped its development since 2018. LIQRS also develops and produces bespoke spirits for other brands: recipes, labels and bottles can be designed together, with production quantities starting at 100 litres.
