This limited-edition bottling combines the traditional craftsmanship of the Edradour Distillery with the elegant complexity of select South Tyrolean wines.
Tasting Notes:
Distillery/Bottler: The Edradour Distillery, located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands near Pitlochry, is one of Scotland's smallest and most traditional distilleries. Since its acquisition by Andrew Symington in 2002, it has focused on artisanal production using original 19th-century equipment. The collaboration with St. Michael-Eppan, one of South Tyrol's leading wineries, creates the Sanct Valentin series, an exciting blend of whisky and wine at the highest level.
