Special Features:

Three months of maturation in American oak casks define Rosaluz Reposado. It is made from blue Weber agaves harvested at four to seven years of age. This 100% agave tequila is bottled at 40% alcohol in a 0.7-litre bottle.

This straw-gold tequila combines cooked agave and ripe fruit with gentle cask notes. It contains no added colouring and can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Cooked agave and ripe cherry meet oak and subtle vanilla on the nose.
• Palate: The tequila is full-bodied and smooth on the palate. Its sweetness is accompanied by light spice.
• Finish: Warm, fruity notes linger on the finish.

Distillery/Bottler:

This Rosaluz Reposado is produced by Tequila Artesanal de los Altos de Jalisco, S.A. de C.V. at Fábrica La Franciscana. The distillery is located in San Francisco de Asís near Atotonilco el Alto, in the Mexican state of Jalisco. Fermentation for the reposado takes place in stainless steel vessels and lasts between 72 and 120 hours.

Rosaluz's design concept draws on the changing light throughout the day. The different bottlings link their character and colour schemes to the light of morning, midday or evening. For the reposado, the focus is on the warm gold of morning light.
