This blended whiskey creation is made from carefully selected distillate styles, including three single pot still and two single grain whiskeys. A notable component is a single grain whiskey with a special barley mash bill, which was also used in the previous vintage release. This combination provides a pronounced aroma of butter caramel and toffee, highlighting the character of the whiskey.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fresh citrus aromas of orange peel and lemon zest, accompanied by delicate hints of apricot and orchard fruits. These fruity notes are followed by sweet tones reminiscent of crème brûlée and toffee.
• Palate: On the palate, a rich array of fruity notes emerges, enhanced by the soft tannins of oak and plenty of vanilla and cinnamon. Notes of peeled ginger and lemon zest create a fresh and vibrant dynamic, complementing the sweet tones of butter caramel and toffee.
• Finish: The spices of the pot still are the first to slowly fade, while the rich infusion of fruits and oak lingers until the end. This complex combination of pot still and grain whiskeys, aged in spiced oak, creates a harmonious connection.
