Special features: This Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey from the Boann Distillery matures in a combination of Oloroso sherry hogsheads and rare, over 60-year-old Pedro Ximénez (PX) solera butts, partly made from chestnut wood. This special maturation gives it an impressive depth and complexity.
