The distillate matures for between seven and 10 years, with approximately a quarter of the ageing time spent in refill sherry casks. A younger and fruitier relative of the Redbreast 12 Year Old, it impresses with a higher proportion of bourbon cask maturation, giving it a softer and smoother texture.
