Special features: The third release of this blended Irish whiskey is limited to 1860 bottles. The Gael honors the invention of a special bicycle by whiskey bonder J.J. Corry from the 1890s. The whiskey is produced by The Chapel Gate Irish Whiskey Company – Ireland's only whiskey bonder – in Cooraclare, County Clare. Here, the whiskeys mature in a traditional rackhouse on the McGuane Family Farm.
