West Cork Distillers is a distillery in the west of Ireland near Cork. For a long time, malt whiskeys and flavoured whiskeys were produced. Now West Cork is bringing a range onto the market consisting of single malt whiskeys with different finishes. All whiskeys were first matured in a first fill bourbon cask and then transferred to the corresponding casks for the finish.
