Special Features:

A finish in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead gives this single-cask Aultmore its concentrated sherry profile. The single malt was distilled on 4 May 2011 and bottled after 14 years on 20 February 2026. Cask number 4 yielded 342 bottles, which Signatory Vintage bottled at a cask strength of 61.7% for the Cask Strength Collection. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and contains no added colouring.

Raisins and plums mingle with honeyed sweetness, cinnamon, dark chocolate and caramel. On the palate, tannins give structure to the powerful profile, while dried fruit, chocolate and spicy oak lead into the long finish.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, intense notes of raisins and plums mingle with honeyed sweetness and cinnamon.
• Palate: Dark chocolate and creamy caramel are powerful yet balanced on the palate. Dried fruit, honey and spices follow, while tannins support the structure.
• Finish: The finish is long, with lingering chocolate, dried fruit and spicy oak.

Distillery/Bottler:

Aultmore began production in 1897; the Speyside distillery was founded by Alexander Edward.

Signatory Vintage was founded in 1988 by Andrew Symington and his brother. After acquiring Edradour Distillery in 2002, the independent bottler had moved its entire operation to the distillery's site near Pitlochry by 2007. Over the following years, Signatory developed storage capacity there for more than 20,000 casks. For this Aultmore, Signatory independently bottled cask number 4 as part of the Cask Strength Collection.
