Jameson Triple Triple combines triple distillation with maturation in bourbon, sherry and hand-selected Malaga casks. The influence of the Malaga casks adds subtle sweetness and extra smoothness to the blend. This 1-litre edition contains 40% alcohol and is intended for travel retail.

Light orchard fruit, citrus peel and darker fruits shape its fruity spectrum. Vanilla, cinnamon and clove accompany the fruit, while black pepper, toasted oak, dark chocolate and liquorice complete the profile.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, sweet pear comes first and develops into citrus peel, with darker fruits behind it. Cinnamon and clove complement the fruit alongside the sweet influence of the Malaga casks, while American oak contributes vanilla, chocolate and toasted oak.
• Palate: The palate reveals juicy, sweet orchard fruits with light hints of blackcurrant, plum and raisin. The spice builds gradually, with clove and black pepper adding depth; oak tannins bring notes of dark chocolate and liquorice.
• Finish: In the lingering finish, the spice slowly fades and allows the fruit and oak to re-emerge.

Distillery/Bottler:

John Jameson founded his distillery in Dublin in 1780. Today, Jameson is produced at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Irish Distillers manages the brand within Pernod Ricard.

The pot still and grain whiskeys used for the blend are triple-distilled, matured in oak casks and only then blended. For Triple Triple, the cask selection encompasses bourbon, sherry and Malaga casks.
