Special Features:

Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey is a liqueur made with Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey and genuine honey. Introduced in 2011, it combines a whiskey base shaped by charcoal mellowing with the distillery's own honey liqueur. It is offered at 35% in a 0.7-litre bottle.

Honey and roasted nuts are at the forefront of the flavour profile. Chocolate and praline complement the honeyed sweetness on the palate, while the gentle finish returns to honey, nuts and caramel.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, fragrant honey and roasted nuts mingle with the characteristic aroma of Old No. 7.
• Palate: On the palate, the character of Tennessee whiskey and the sweetness of genuine honey meet delicate notes of chocolate and praline.
• Finish: The finish is gentle, leaving traces of honey, nuts and caramel.

Distillery/Bottler:

The Jack Daniel Distillery is located in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Jack Daniel registered it in 1866; it is regarded as the first registered distillery in the United States and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The distillery has belonged to the Brown-Forman Corporation since 1956.

A defining part of its production process is mellowing the whiskey through sugar maple charcoal. The resulting Old No. 7 forms the whiskey base of Tennessee Honey and is blended with the distillery's own honey liqueur.
